Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra, who was undergoing treatment at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital for a few days, was reported to have passed away yesterday morning. Dharmendra’s daughter Esha Deol and wife Hema Malini put an end to the rumors of the legendary actor’s death with a post. They said that Dharmendra’s condition is stable. He was reportedly discharged from Breach Candy Hospital this morning.
Dharmendra returns home the day after death rumours He was discharged from the hospital at 7:30 am on Wednesday (November 12) and returned home with his family members. The 89-year-old actor will now continue his treatment at home.
In an exclusive interview with IANS, hospital doctor Dr. Rajiv Sharma said that Dharmendraji has returned home after completing his treatment.
He said, “Dharmendraji has returned home from the hospital with a satisfied heart. His family has taken him home. All necessary arrangements for treatment have been made at his home. From now on, his treatment will continue there.”
Soon after receiving the discharge certificate from the hospital, Sunny Deol’s PR team said in a statement that Mr. Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital. After his discharge from the hospital, Dharmendra’s cousin and filmmaker Guddu Dhanoa visited him at his Juhu residence. He told reporters outside the house, “He is fine. I can’t say more because I don’t know the details.”
He was admitted to the hospital a few days ago due to respiratory problems. At that time, family members Hema Malini, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol were by his side.
Apart from this, several Bollywood stars – Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Govinda – visited the hospital to check on him. Aamir Khan also met Dharmendra with his girlfriend Gauri Spratt.
